A start up developing a product to help people connect and maintain their health more easily is looking for senior citizens who deal with a chronic health condition. If you're over the age of 60 and deal with a health condition on a daily basis, we would love to talk to you.
We would like to talk to you about how you manage your health in your daily life and show you some of our prototypes. We ask for an hour of your time and can meet you in your home, or at our offices (Palo Alto or San Jose), whatever is easiest and most comfortable for you. We would like to record (audio or video) our conversation with you, but there is no obligation to be recorded. You will be compensated.

Participant Criteria:
o Age: 60+
o Annual Income: less than $60,000
o Deal with a chronic health condition on a daily basis (ex: hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, arthritis, etc.)
o Available 2/14, 2/15, 2/17
Participants will be compensated for their time.
