Researchers are looking for study participants to talk about their media experiences including news, reading, and entertainment. Sessions will take place in the New York City area throughout March and April 2017.
Each participant meets with researchers in person for one hour, and receives with the code for a $75 Amazon gift card at the end of the session in compensation. Some participants may be asked for follow-up conversations.
The privacy of all participants is protected. During sessions, only first names will be asked. Afterward, pseudonyms will be used in all notes and other research-related materials.
Please click on the link below for a brief survey (~5-15 min.) to determine your eligibility. All research sessions will be conducted in English. Unfortunately, those who work in news (any position in a print, digital, or broadcast media organization) are not eligible for this study.
