This survey is intended for women ages 30 to 52 in the Los Angeles metro area with past or current health issues such as chronic fatigue, insomnia, menstrual problems, infertility, anemia, kidney disease, or digestive issues, to name a few. We want to hear about how you were diagnosed, how your condition affects you and your family, and methods you use to monitor and manage your health issues at home. After completing the following screening survey, elected participants will meet with our researcher in Pasadena in the final week of June, from 6/26 to 6/28 of your choice. This session will last approximately 90 minutes and you will be asked to provide consumer feedback on several design concepts.
