We are recruiting people aged 40-75 who have been diagnosed with high cholesterol, for a research study in Phoenix. The study is designed to gather your ideas on your condition and existing treatments. Any information about you, your medical condition, or treatment, will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law.
WHERE: At a research facility in Phoenix
DATE: June 26th
WHAT: 1 hour time slot between 9AM and 8:15PM
COMPENSATION: $150 Visa debit card upon completion of the study
