Must be 18+ of Mexican descent in the Chicago, IL area. Must speak English.
Must regularly pay bills to Mexico through either PayXchange: OrderExpress or InterCambio: Moreno Envios.
These would normally be utility bills, broadband, phone, etc. Or, you might also be paying a relatives' bill in Mexico.
You must be available to meet with a moderator at the branch, pay the bill or bills. After the transaction you will be asked a couple of questions regarding that transaction.
The basic objective of the research is to understand how the service is operated. We are conducting similar research in other countries as well.
We will also need you to share a few things after the payment such as notification emails or text received and how long it took the money to go through and payment received etc. This is just to see how the payment process works and how long it takes to be received. No personal information will be shared!
