Commercial Real Estate Focus Group

A national market research firm is conducting a $300.00 1.5-Hour PAID FOCUS GROUP on the topic of ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE.

This study is for the following types of PROFESSIONALS WHO WORK WITH OFFICE SPACES IN ANY BOROUGH OF NYC:

1. EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN SELECTING OFFICE LEASES FOR THEIR COMPANIES

2. ENGINEERS OR ARCHITECTS INVOLVED IN DESIGNING OFFICE BUILDINGS

3. REAL ESTATE BROKERS FOR COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE

4. PROPERTY MANAGERS FOR COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE

Participants will receive $300.00 paid immediately at the end of this 1.5-hour opinion study. Participants can either attend the focus group in person in Midtown Manhattan (4 blocks from Grand Central Station), OR can participate VIA TELEPHONE AND COMPUTER with a very flexible schedule of times. Payment to those who participate via phone/computer is sent 2 days after completion via your choice of PayPal, Venmo, Chase QuickPay, Zelle, an Amazon.com e-card or a Mailed Check.

These sessions are being done on behalf of a NY state energy efficiency agency that is looking for opinions and perspectives from professionals regarding new ideas they are considering for implementation.
