We have an in~home survey that will pay $25 for approximately 15 minutes of your time. We are needing both teens (13-17) and adults (18+) for our survey.
If you are the parent of a teen, your child can participate with your consent. For the teens, parents will need to start the survey with your child so that consent may be given. For the teens, ages 13-17, parents will need to be present and the start of the survey for consent to be given, after which the teen will be asked to self complete the survey. For the teen survey, the survey and video responses need to be completed by the teen.
This survey will require two short 30 sec – 60 second video responses. The responses will need to be captured via a web cam on your computer or from your tablet or smart phone. Compensation will be only provided to those respondents that are able to submit the two video replies.
