We're conducting a In Home Placement study beginning next week. We are looking for people who purchase online (Perishables i.e. meats, refrigerated beverages)
Topic: Food & Beverage
Who: Males and Females 18 years and older
Pick up Day and times: Thursday, September 27th from 10-5pm
Where to pick up product: Facts 'n Figures - Sherman Oaks Galleria offices
Length of survey: 15 minutes to be done 2 times
Incentive: $40 when you complete both surveys, If chosen for online focus group, you will receive additional $50
