Focus Group for Small Business Owners

We are looking for small business owners that are interested in participating in a 6-month research study to trial, and give feedback on, an end-to-end client experience as a “secret shopper”. The platform is designed to help small businesses grow revenue and be more profitable, increase referrals and build lasting customer relations, manage and schedule staff, track jobs, prospects, and tasks, communicate with customers, process credit card and ACH payments faster, etc.

During this 6-month study, the software will be free to you (all costs will be reimbursed same day) and our research moderator will conduct 3 - 30 minute and 1 - 60 minute scheduled interviews with you over Zoom to track your experiences throughout the process. In addition to the free software, you will be paid $500 over the course of the 6 months for completing the Zoom meetings. At the end of the study, you will have the opportunity to continue the software service or transfer your business information to a platform of your choice.
