Written Skills Test

Earn $55 plus a chance to take home $500!

Industrial/Organizational Solutions, Inc. (IOS) is a human resources consulting firm located just outside of Chicago. We are looking for individuals to complete a multiple choice style written skills test. You will be compensated $55 for completing this test, plus the top three test takers will receive $500! We are conducting research and need participants to complete an exam. The skills test needs to be piloted (or pre-tested) to determine how potential applicants might perform on the test.

It is expected that it will take most participants between 2 ½ and 3 ½ hours to finish this test. Participants will be provided a $55 check immediately after completing the test. The top three test takers will receive a $500 bonus! We will also be providing you with high-level feedback regarding your cognitive strengths and your dominant personality traits based on your exam responses.

The available pilot test administrations dates, times and locations are as follows:

1. 9:00am - 1:00pm on Thursday, March 22nd at our office in Westchester.
2. 1:30pm - 5:30pm on Thursday, March 22nd at our office in Westchester.
3. 9:00am - 1:00pm on Saturday, March 24th at UIC in the West Loop of Chicago.
4. 1:30pm - 5:30pm on Saturday, March 24th at UIC in the West Loop of Chicago.
5. 9:00am - 1:00pm on Monday, March 26th at our office in Westchester.
