The study will be conducted in two phases:
Phase 1: (Early October) ONLINE DIARY You will share their feelings, experiences, and videos on the online digital diary app There will be between 2 and 4 exercises per week over the course of 4 weeks . Everyone must be open to participate in Phase 2, if chosen. Pay for this is $500
Phase 2: (Early November) People from Diary portion will be chosen to participate in a phone/web study. Time Commitment is 60 minutes. Pay for this is $125
